28. Tony Snell, Milwaukee Bucks

Ironically enough, Tony Snell should actually have a better year in 2018-19 under Mike Budenholzer, a head coach who prioritizes 3-point shooting. That’s Snell’s one redeeming quality, as the 26-year-old wing knocked down 40.3 percent of his triples last season.

However, even with instability at the head coaching position, it’s not a great sign Snell was unable to fully entrench himself as the Milwaukee Bucks‘ starting 2-guard, especially in the first year of a four-year, $46 million contract. That’s why he finds himself so low on the list, despite optimism that his skill-set should fit Budenholzer’s system.

Snell isn’t a bad player, but with Giannis Antetokounmpo running the point and Bud spreading the floor with shooters and defenders around him, he’ll have to do better than the 6.9 points in 27.4 minutes per game he averaged last year.
