21. Kent Bazemore, Atlanta Hawks

The Atlanta Hawks are seriously devoid of established talent, but Kent Bazemore isn’t part of the problem there. In 65 games last year, the former journeyman averaged a career-high 12.9 points, 3.8 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game, canning 39.4 percent of his 3s.

Bazemore isn’t perfect though, and his numbers only grew marginally from the season before despite a severe drop in accompanying talent. He’s only a career 42 percent shooter overall, and his 42.2 field goal percentage last year reflected that.

Baze might not be in Atlanta for too long, in which case, rookie Kevin Huerter, Jeremy Lin or Tyler Dorsey become the most likely candidates to replace him in the starting lineup. Still, that contract won’t necessarily be easy to unload, so there’s a chance he remains with the Hawks despite the early trade rumors.
