The Chicago Bulls have had an active 2018 NBA offseason. Here’s a look at how they graded out with each move.

The Chicago Bulls finished with a less than impressive 27-55 mark in 2017-18, which tied them with the Sacramento Kings for the sixth-worst record in the NBA. Injuries, combined with several losing streaks, made them a difficult team to watch for most of the season.

Did the Bulls hit the ball out of the park in terms of their draft picks? Did they make any noteworthy signings that will help them improve in the second year of their rebuild? Without further delay, here’s a look at their complete offseason grades for each move they made.
