24. Kris Dunn, Chicago Bulls

This is a big year for Kris Dunn, especially since the Chicago Bulls are hoping he can take what he showed in 52 games last year and build on it in 2018-19, ideally proving himself as a trustworthy starting point guard.

Despite missing time due to injury in his sophomore season, Dunn enjoyed a massive turnaround after a disappointing rookie year, averaging 13.4 points, 6.0 assists and 4.3 rebounds per game. He improved his 3-point percentage from 28.8 percent as a rookie to 32.1 percent, and there were flashes where he looked like the franchise’s answer at an extremely important position.

Now, with tons of young players around him like Zach LaVine, Jabari Parker, Lauri Markkanen, Wendell Carter Jr., Bobby Portis and Denzel Valentine, it’ll be up to Dunn to cement himself as an intrinsic part of the Bulls’ core moving forward.
