21. George Hill, Cleveland Cavaliers

George Hill is hard to place on this list. He’s disappointed since joining the Cleveland Cavaliers, but he can’t be as bad as he was last year. He was having a down year in Sacramento too, but he enjoyed a breakout season with the Utah Jazz the season before. Then again, he was also injured for a good chunk of that season. The list of contradictions goes on and on.

In any case, he should put up better numbers with LeBron James gone, even if the King’s absence takes away someone who made life easier for everyone. Still, it won’t be hard to improve on the 9.3 points and 2.8 assists per game he averaged in the Land last year, especially as the veteran on a team that needs him to step up.

Hill had shot better than 40 percent from 3-point range in his last two and a half seasons before joining the Cavs, so if he actually plays like he cares — which didn’t seem to be the case in 2017-18 — he’ll earn his spot on this list, even at 32 years old.
