3. Earn another nod for the All-Star Game

Bradley Beal had quite the season for the Wizards in 2017-18, producing 22.6 points, 4.5 assists, 4.4 rebounds and 1.2 steals per contest. His shooting percentage took a slight hit, as his efficiency from 3-point land went from 40.4 percent to 37.5 percent last year.

Despite the slight dip in efficiency, Beal still managed to earn the first All-Star nod of his career. His volume shooting was on full display back on Dec. 5 in Portland as he made a career-high 21 field goals on a career-high 37 attempts to finish with a career-high 51 points. He finished 56.8 percent from the floor, including 5-of-12 from 3-point range (41.7 percent), as Washington won 102-96.

Beal put up at least 50 points once, 40 points twice and over 30 points on 12 occasions as the unsung leader on offense for the Washington Wizards. He didn’t miss a beat with Wall missing extended time with injury. That should boost his confidence entering a new season as he looks to earn another All-Star Game selection in 2018-19.
