The San Antonio Spurs have a lot of veterans, but they also have more than a few young players who could burst onto the scene in 2018-19.

Last season, the San Antonio Spurs won 47 games despite only getting nine subpar games out of their best player, Kawhi Leonard. This year, they’re replacing Leonard and Danny Green with Marco Belinelli, DeMar DeRozan and Jakob Poeltl.

They could easily improve on last year’s record, but it’ll take some improvement from the players too. Veterans like Belinelli, DeRozan, LaMarcus Aldridge, Pau Gasol and Patty Mills have less room for improvement than the other players on the roster do.

However, a breakout season from one of the young players on the team could mean big things for the San Antonio Spurs. In a Western Conference that is more cutthroat than ever, the Spurs will need all the help they can get just to make the playoffs again, let alone to make a deep run.

Here are the three players on the Spurs who are most likely to have a breakout season in 2018-19.
