Entering Year 2 of their rebuild, here’s a look at the three big questions for the Chicago Bulls heading into the 2018-19 season.

Going into last season, the Chicago Bulls were predicted to be one of the worst teams in the league. While they did manage to perform better than that sentiment, they still won just 27 games.

How significant is that stat?

Well, you would have to go all the way back to the 2003-04 campaign to find the last time the team failed to win 30 games.

Even though the Bulls were a difficult team to watch for a good portion of the good season, especially when the player development experiment went into effect down the stretch, much of the growing pains were expected.

After all, the team was compromised of mostly young, unproven players looking to take the next step in their careers. The good news is the Bulls should be better than what fans witnessed last season.

On the flip side, on the heels of an active offseason, there are a few questions that need to be addressed. Today, we will take a look at three big questions for the Bulls as they prepare to embark on the 2018-19 NBA season.
