The Phoenix Suns’ upcoming 2018-19 season could have a very wide range of outcomes. What are the biggest questions they’ll look to answer this year?
Some teams have very defined plans heading into the season. For teams like the Golden State Warriors, one more championship is the only thing that’s important, and they’ll do anything to get there. For teams like the Atlanta Hawks, the year is all about development.
A team like the Phoenix Suns, however, is full of more questions than answers. Such a young core would usually warrant another rebuilding year, but the Suns appear to be done tanking and are priming themselves to win.
The season could go a million different ways, and it’s not easy to predict what will happen, especially if the roster changes again before the season starts. Even if we can’t forecast all the answers yet, we can at least forecast the questions.
