The Phoenix Suns have a lot of different players. Some are cornerstones, some are expendable. But who is the most likely to be traded during the 2018-19 season?

A decent number of the players on any NBA team, including the Phoenix Suns, are replacement-level players. They could be moved at any moment, for any variety of reasons. Good teams (read: almost every team except the Orlando Magic and Sacramento Kings) have at least one player who is so good that they wouldn’t trade him for just about anything.

Everyone else on the roster is somewhere in between: not good enough to be guaranteed to stay, but not necessarily on the trade block either. It can sometimes seem like these players all have an equal chance to be traded, but they can definitely be broken down and evaluated against each other.

It’s no small task to look at Phoenix Suns’ roster and say, “Player X is more likely to be traded than Player Y.” However, separating the players into tiers makes the job a bit easier.
