2. Phoenix Suns at Minnesota Timberwolves, Jan. 20

While the team talent level in this game isn’t going to be as high as in the last game, the individual talent level doesn’t seem to drop much, if at all. The Phoenix Suns are likely going to be a much worse team than the Denver Nuggets but that doesn’t mean they’ll be any less fun to watch.

The Suns had the No. 1 overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft and went with the exciting big man out of Arizona, Deandre Ayton. Not only do the Suns have the No. 1 overall pick on their roster, but they also have loads of other talent.

Devin Booker is coming off a career year where he averaged 24.9 points, 4.7 assists and 4.5 rebounds per game. Apparently, he’s also qualified to drop 70-plus points on any given night. (I’m exaggerating just a little bit, but hey, he’s done it once before!) He’s definitely a must see.

Booker and Ayton will combine with more exciting young guys like Josh Jackson, T.J. Warren and Mikal Bridges.

If you want to watch the Suns in person while tickets will still be relatively cheap, now’s the time because this team is on the rise.

(Get it? Like a sunrise? Let’s just move on.)
