The Chicago Bulls are building a young and talented roster. Can Kris Dunn be the point guard to lead them to the playoffs?
The Chicago Bulls have plenty of questions facing them for the upcoming season. We know the Bulls are young and talented. What we don’t know is whether the point guard who will lead them to the playoffs is on the current roster.
With Lauri Markkanen, Jabari Parker and Wendell Carter Jr. part of a youthful squad, the rebuild is well on it’s way. It appears that the roster has finally gotten “young and athletic,” meeting John Paxson and Gar Forman’s deepest desires. However, the debate still rages about whether they’ve discovered their franchise point guard.
Can Kris Dunn be the floor general the Bulls need? Is there another level Dunn can raise his play too? More importantly, do the Bulls even view him as their point guard of the future?
The Bulls’ success depends on Dunn’s development. As it goes with any good point guard, the better Dunn played last year, the better the Bulls performed. Now, the question is, can he raise his game to new heights?
