Weaknesses

An injury seemed to prevent Otto Porter Jr. from looking like himself during the postseason. His health will be important as he enters the prime of his career. The fifth-year forward produced a solid 14.7 points and 6.4 rebounds per game during the regular season, but in the postseason, his production fell off.

He put up just 10.0 points and 5.0 rebounds per game through five appearances in the 2018 NBA Playoffs. In the 2017 NBA Playoffs, he averaged 12.2 points and 6.9 rebounds per game through 13 contests. By Game 6 of the 2018 postseason against the Toronto Raptors, Porter was sidelined with a left leg contusion.

Porter had surgery in the offseason to address the build-up of blood flow in his leg. He should be at full health by the time training camp starts. The Wizards will certainly need him at 100 percent when the season begins, as the Eastern Conference has a new look without LeBron James on the Cleveland Cavaliers.
