1. Willie Cauley-Stein

There are times when Willie Cauley-Stein looks an NBA All-Star. Then are the days where he looks like he doesn’t belong in the NBA. This inconsistency has driven Kings fans crazy for the last three years.

It’s especially frustrating for fans because Cauley-Stein hasn’t taken full advantage of his athleticism, although he looks like he can be the most athletic center in the NBA.  He has treated Kings fans to some of the most amazing dunks they have ever seen, but he has also been frustrating with his lack of rebounding on many nights.

After three years, there is still no clear role for Cauley-Stein. While Cauley-Stein has been on record saying he can be like Kristaps Porzingis, the Kings might be happy if he can just focus on defense instead of trying to do too much on offense.

As he goes into the final year of his contract, Cauley-Stein needs to prove that he can play offense like he believes he can or he needs to be a stud on defense. Most importantly, he can’t afford any more games where he gets less than five rebounds.

Cauley-Stein must show that he is interested in winning every time he gets on the court, not just some nights.
