As the last pick in the 2018 NBA Draft, here are three goals Kostas Antetokounmpo should have for his rookie season with the Dallas Mavericks.

Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo‘s little brother is one of the new and exciting prospects of the Dallas Mavericks. The 60th and final pick in the 2018 NBA Draft was a surprise to everyone being drafted, as most mocks did not have him in the top 60. However, the Mavs saw enough potential in Kostas Antetokounmpo to sign the forward to a two-way contract, per the New York TimesMarc Stein.

NBA scouts and fans alike figured Kostas was a long-term project, with the Mavericks holding his rights for when the raw prospect becomes more polished. Dallas must see something special in Kostas, granting him the two-way contract, partially guaranteed for two years.

In NBA Summer League, Antetokounmpo production wasn’t the best, but showed some promise, accumulating statistics across the board with averages (per game) of 3.3 points, 3.3 rebounds, 1.1 blocks and 1.0 assists per game.

As a raw prospect, it is hard to imagine in two years, he will become a polished enough player ready for NBA action. Nonetheless, Kostas has the athletic build, size, and fits the mold of position-less defense to fit within the Mavericks’ mix of veterans and young players. Here are three modest goals for Kostas Antetokounmpo in his first rookie season.
