Toronto Raptors: Top 10 moments from 2017-18 NBA season
1. DeRozan’s coast-to-coast dunk
Speaking of DeMar DeRozan, he had the best assist moment (see moment No. 4), the best performance (see moment No. 2), and the best posterization/moment of the season with his game-tying dunk over Anthony Tolliver of the Detroit Pistons.
As mentioned before, the importance of this game for Detroit was immense and season-defining. DeRozan had the best performance with a game-high 42 points, plus a top dunk of the year candidate.
With less than 10 seconds in regulation, he went coast-to-coast to poster all over respected wing defender Anthony Tolliver, giving the Raptors the lead with four seconds left. The only way this moment could have been better if it was on the home-court of the ACC.
It was an absolute beauty of an individual play.
