Brook Lopez: 1 year, $3.4 million (Milwaukee Bucks)

A Giannis Antetokounmpo-led offense under Mike Budenholzer with stretch-bigs like Ersan Ilyasova and Brook Lopez spacing the floor? Sign us up for that!

The Milwaukee Bucks overpaid for Ilyasova’s services, but regrouped nicely by getting a consummate pro like Lopez on a $3.4 million deal. Even after a down year with the Lakers, there’s a good chance this seven-footer revitalizes his value on a more competitive team that will give him a more active role.

Despite Lopez’s career-worst 13.0 points and 4.0 rebounds per game, his 34 percent shooting from 3 over the last two seasons will help open up driving lanes for the Greek Freak, and he represents a cost-effective upgrade on Thon Maker and John Henson at the 5.
