3. Collin Sexton, Cleveland Cavaliers

Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Collin Sexton was one of the rare rookie selections to play in all seven of his teams’ games during Summer League. The Cavaliers went 5-2 in Vegas, coming up short to the Los Angeles Lakers, 112-109, in double overtime on Monday night in the tournament semifinals.

He put up 27 points on 9-of-22 shooting (40.9 percent) in their final game of Summer League. Sexton averaged 19.6 points, 3.6 rebounds and 3.4 assists per game through his seven appearances with Cleveland and earned First Team All-Summer League honors.

He may not have instant star power just yet, but his leadership earned him the moniker “Young Bull” for his gritty style of play.

Sexton shot 43 percent from the field, attempting the most field goals by any player in Summer League (as of July 17). He’ll look to carry his quick trigger into the regular season as the Cavaliers recover from the departure of LeBron James.
