Despite being an elite 3-point marksman, Wayne Ellington is still available in free agency. Who is going to come away with this offseason steal?

2018 NBA free agency has not been kind to Wayne Ellington.

A spark plug off of the bench last season for the Miami Heat, Ellington hit a dismal free agency market this summer.
