The 2019 free agency class appears to be one of the deepest yet. Players such as Kawhi Leonard, Klay Thompson and Kemba Walker all come off the books. The Grizzlies’ play style and loyal fanbase should be potential draws for free agents. If Memphis traded the players noted earlier, it would put the team in a better position to go out and snag some of the league’s premier free agents.

Having another great draft along with adding a premier free agent would put this team on a fast track to success. Although it appears the Golden State Warriors, Houston Rockets and Los Angeles Lakers will be running the West, the Grizzlies can usurp them in time with great business moves for the future.
