2. All-NBA starting lineup

Throughout the history of the NBA, there have been some loaded rosters. The Boston Celtics dynasties of the 50s and 60s. The Showtime Lakers of the 80s. Both teams had multiple Hall-of-Famers. The Warriors’ addition of Cousins puts them on par with those teams in terms of personal accomplishments.

Once Cousins is healthy and able to play, the Warriors will boast a starting five in which every player has been named to an All-NBA team multiple times. Cousins, Green and Thompson have all received the honor twice. Cousins took his home in 2014-15 and 2015-16 and was on the Second Team both times. Green was on the Second Team in 2015-16 and Third Team 2016-17. Thompson received his honors in 2014-15 and 2015-16, making the Third Team both times.

Curry and Durant are on impressive streaks when it comes to All-NBA teams. Curry has made one of the three teams in five consecutive seasons. He was named to the First and Second Team two times apiece, and the Third Team once.

Durant tops Curry with eight consecutive honors. He made the First Team the first five times before being named to the Second Team twice and getting back on the First Team this past season.

That is an impressive collection of talent just in the starting five alone. There isn’t another team in the NBA that can come close to putting together a lineup with those kinds of resumes.
