2. Harry Giles

After being drafted by the Kings in 2017, Harry Giles sat out for his entire rookie season to rehab the knee injury that has plagued him since high school. It was a disappointment for Kings fans as they could only wait for the debut of the highly-touted forward from Duke. While Giles didn’t see any action on the court, the reports coming from practice were highly encouraging. His teammates and the media have been raving about Giles’ potential, making some fans cautiously optimistic about what’s to come.

Now, Summer League is finally here. It’s time for fans to see at least a little bit of what Giles is all about. It won’t take much for Giles to satisfy Kings fans in Summer League. If he can show some of the explosiveness he had before the knee injury, that would go a long way in giving hope to Kings fans.

It will be interesting to see if Giles shows the motor, the rebounding and the IQ Kings fans have been hearing about for a whole season. Of course, it would be smart to not expect too much from Giles this summer, but he might just give Sacramento something to be excited about.
