Los Angeles Lakers: 5 potential free agency targets in 2018

Speaking of dream scenarios, the fantasy doesn’t get much better than the King joining your team.
One day it’s Los Angeles, one day it’s Houston or Philadelphia, and the next day he’s staying in Cleveland. LeBron James rumors have been dominating the NBA landscape for quite some time, but until he makes his official decision, rumors will continue to fly.
One such rumor that made the rounds recently was that James texted Durant about joining the Lakers.

Zach Lowe of ESPN shot down that rumor, but reported that the Lakers could try to trade for Kawhi Leonard to entice James to sign in Los Angeles. Others have postulated that James will come to the Lakers, regardless of whether they acquire Leonard or sign George.
