3. J.J. Redick

Every team in the NBA is always on the lookout for guys who can knock down the long ball, and the Bulls are no exception. Yes, they had the sixth-highest number of attempts from 3-point range last season, putting up 31 per game and they were ranked 10th in 3-point makes with 11 per outing.

On the flip side, they finished 21st in 3-point shooting, converting 35.5 percent of their attempts. With that in mind, they need players who can not only put up a high volume of shots from deep, but also hit them at a respectable clip.

Enter J.J. Redick.

Redick came out of college with the reputation of being a good shooter and that ability has been a constant during his 12-year NBA career. Following four years of being an integral part of the Los Angeles Clippers’ scoring attack, he signed a one-year deal with the Philadelphia 76ers, once again playing a major role on his new squad.

He had his best season from a scoring standpoint, as he averaged 17.1 points per contest on 46 percent shooting from the field. Redick also shot an impressive 42 percent from downtown – the fourth-best mark of his career. Not only that, but Redick is a career 41.5 percent shooter from long range.

If you label him as just a shooter, though, you would be mistaken. Redick was a decent facilitator as well, handing out three assists per game in 2017-18. Simply put, Redick has proved he can still get the job done in multiple ways, even in the latter stages of his career, and he would certainly be a nice addition for the right price.
