With so many players set to become free agents, there are a few that shouldn’t look to return to their original squad in order to find greener pastures elsewhere.

NBA free agency is a magical time.

Players without a contract are free to choose from various suitors vying for their services, enjoying the feeling of being coveted by multiple front offices.

When the calendar flips to July, some free agents look to immediately re-sign with their original team, as it gives them the most money or maybe it’s simply where they want to be. Other players enjoy looking around, hoping to find what their heart most desires, whether that be money or championship aspirations.

There are some within the talent pool of free agents that will almost certainly look elsewhere this summer in large part due to the awkward fit they had this past season with their respective teams.

Players want to feel comfortable with their organization, and these five guys were anything but, whether that was due to the fit on the court or clashes with the coaches.

Whatever the reason, these players could use a fresh start in 2018 NBA free agency in order to recalibrate their systems and get back to having fun on the basketball court in a way that brings out the best in their basketball gifts.
