2. Chemistry

Bagley will not have any problems clicking with his teammates. His relationships with Kings guard De’Aaron Fox and forward Harry Giles have been well-documented, with the three of them having known each other since their AAU days.

Giles and Bagley, both Duke products, might have an even stronger relationship with each other. That can go a long way in helping them motivate each other and exchange constructive criticism.

On the court, Bagley is ideal for what the Kings’ are trying to do. He can help the Kings execute the fast-tempo style we’ve been hearing about for years.

Especially with guard Bogdan Bogdanovic, who showed off his playmaking skills as a rookie last season, Bagley can be the perfect running mate on a fastbreak.

We saw flashes of what Bogdanovic and Fox can do when they’re running with Willie Cauley-Stein. That connection can be even better with the Bagley on board.
