9. Dub Nation repped hard in Los Angeles

For the second consecutive season, the Warriors sent four players to the 2018 All-Star Game in Los Angeles.

Curry, Durant, Thompson and Green were all part of the Sunday night event, marking the ninth time in league history four teammates made the All-Star team, and the only time to make it in back-to-back years.

For most, this came as no surprise, with each player’s appearance being well deserved, but it’s also nearly everyone that takes such an accomplishment for granted, in that Durant’s presence has clouded what is one of the best draft jobs done by general manager Bob Myers.

Early on it looked like Curry would become the next Grant Hill. Thompson wasn’t so heavily sought after in the draft, falling to 11. Draymond wasn’t picked until the second round. There are quite a few teams that could’ve drafted any of those three, but they didn’t.

Myers knocked it out of the park, laying the foundation for the dynasty we see before us.

Yes, championships are obviously a great indicator of the greatness of these three players, but All-Star appearances signal that they are excelling as individual talents when most never thought they would.
