The second round of the 2018 NBA Draft seems to always contain a hidden gem. Here’s a look at five potential late round treasures selected in the 2018 NBA Draft.

My opinion on certain prospects definitely differed from many NBA teams, especially in the middle of the first round. Many prospects that I ranked as second round talents on my big board were selected in the first.

Prospects such as Chandler Hutchison, Grayson Allen, Moritz Wagner, Aaron Holiday even Jerome Robinson, who was a firm second-rounder in my opinion and chosen by the Los Angeles Clippers in the lottery, all went earlier than expected.

This led to many quality options for teams to find a real contributor in the second round. While it is usually unlikely for a draft to contain multiple contributors throughout the second round, I think this class has a serious shot at that feat.
