Milwaukee Bucks

  • No. 17: Donte DiVincenzo, Villanova

The Milwaukee Bucks continue to love that length, and snagging Donte DiVincenzo at No. 17 feels like a good fit for both parties.

Though he burst onto most people’s radars with a 31-point detonation in the NCAA championship game, DiVincenzo was a reliable contributor for the Villanova Wildcats all year long. He’s got eye-popping athleticism, can shoot the rock, can put it on the floor and showed out well at the NBA Draft Combine.

In Milwaukee, new head coach Mike Budenholzer will know how to use him off the bench. Though he’s got the size of a point guard and is a bit of a quick-trigger shooter from deep, the thought of Giannis Antetokounmpo feeding him wide open looks from 3 is tantalizing.
