1. Robert Williams, Boston Celtics (No. 27)

It might seem obvious to put Micheal Porter Jr. No. 1, but we should trust Danny Ainge by now. After Jayson Tatum, we should probably value anyone he drafts.

Jokes aside, we should seriously take note of this selection. Robert Williams was arguably close to the level of Wendell Carter Jr. and Mohamed Bamba. Of- the-court issues may have seen him drop, but this is a tremendous roll of the dice by Boston.

With Al Horford holding down the fort, they have time to be patient with Williams. A freak athlete with underrated passing, he could bloom into one of the draft’s best players. Almost no one fell to a better spot that Williams.
