Here’s a blockbuster, four-team mega trade that would enable the Philadelphia 76ers to acquire All-Star shooting guard Bradley Beal.

Armed with a boatload of salary cap space and the No. 10 overall draft selection, the Philadelphia 76ers enter the offseason in a prime position to add to their 52-30 record of last season.

So while the likes of LeBron James and Paul George will be the natural target of the Sixers and numerous other teams around the league, alternative measures will need to be taken if these prime targets become unattainable.

When thinking of the Sixers, everything starts and ends with Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons. With Embiid just 24 years old and Simmons 21, the age demographic of the Sixers’ dynamic duo should ensure they remain a force for many years to come.

With this being the case, one terrific target the Sixers should seriously consider is Washington Wizards shooting guard Bradley Beal. At 24, Beal just completed his sixth season in the league, averaging 22.6 points, 4.5 assists and 4.4 rebounds per game while returning .460/.375/.791 shooting splits.

Named an All-Star last season for the first time, the former No. 3 overall pick played all 82 games and logged a career-high 36.3 minutes per game. While the partnership with All-Star point guard John Wall represents one of the best backcourts in the league, the Wizards’ recent first round loss to the Toronto Raptors marked yet another recent playoff failure. In other words, it’s time for a change.

So while Beal’s name has not been raised in trade circles, the Sixers simply can’t simply narrow their focus on the likes of James, George and Kawhi Leonard this summer.

With this in mind, here’s a four-team, blockbuster deal that would land Beal at the Sixers while also improving the fortunes of the other teams involved.
