100. Don’t look now, but there’s a slight chance France’s Elie Okobo ends up the best point guard in 2018. At 6’3″ with a plus wingspan, he’s got the ideal size to play the 1. Okobo is skilled in the pick-and-roll and as a shooter. His potential as a pull-up shooter from deep is really what’s most intriguing. Think Damian Lillard-lite. Okobo is sneaky and shifty once he gets into the lane and has a good feel for the game too. Without having to bring back Darren Collison, Okobo is a smart addition for the Indiana Pacers. Victor Oladipo’s ascension means he can take on more of a load. Okobo’s ceiling is a better player than Collison and the Pacers could free up cap room by letting the latter walk.. PG.
