player. 77. Despite Lou Williams’ amazing season, the Los Angeles Clippers need more long-term answers in the backcourt. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is a good bet to have a long and productive career. It may take him some time to become a true point guard, there’s still a lot to like. At 6’6″ he’s incredibly long, allowing him to be disruptive on defense and finish over defenders. He has tremendous shake, shot well from 3 and the free throw line and is a smart player. Gilgeous-Alexander fits well with all the Clippers guards. For Los Angeles’ current roster, they should be looking at a guard or wing and a big man with these back-to-back picks.. PG/SG. Kentucky. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. 12
