Pro No. 1: Ayton’s talent is off the charts

Deandre Ayton stands at a massive 7’1″, 250 pounds with an inside game and a smooth shooting form that stretches the defense out to mid-range.

He’s as dominant a big man as we’ve seen at the college level in a long time, and he’ll be just that in the league for years to come.

There’s a reason Ayton’s regarded by many as the best player in the 2018 NBA Draft class.

His versatility on the offensive end is what every team desires from its big man, and it’s only increasing with an evolving 3-point shot.

Should he fall to No. 2, the Kings would be getting a nightly 20 and 10 guy, capable of commanding double-teams and hopefully leading the franchise back into the playoffs.

Talent is what wins championships in the NBA. With a skill-set that fuses power and finesse, Ayton has more of it than any other player in the draft.
