Overall outlook

Miles Bridges is the first prospect where I could not complete three weaknesses to combat my strengths like my normal player profiles. This does not mean I think of Miles Bridges as the best prospect, or even top five. It just shows how safe of a floor he has

While he will float around between the 4 and the 3, he could wind up being an extremely fit-dependent prospect. With so much off-ball movement ran for him to get open, his offensive equity in a more spaced-out isolation setting could be limited to transition opportunities, rim-running and attacking close-outs, assuming that he shoots it at an average clip.  A destination like the Philadelphia 76ers would be an ideal offensive fit.

I did not spend too much time talking about Bridges’ playmaking ability, but do not think that is necessary. He makes smart decisions, which is a plus, but likely will never be relied upon as a primary creator unless he reaches his ultimate ceiling.

Overall, Bridges needs to shoot. He should be a quality on-ball defender and rebounder, but his offensive game will only go as far as his shot does. If he can find defensive equity guarding 4s and be able to play that spot offensively, that will go a long way to help his median outcome.
