3. Have the Bulls already decided what to do with their No. 22 pick?

One of the players I discussed a few weeks ago that may be available to the Bulls at No. 22 is Chandler Hutchison.

Hutchison is coming off a season in which he averaged 20.0 points, 7.7 rebounds and 3.5 assists per contest. He was the top scorer in the Mountain Western Conference, posting the highest Player Efficiency Rating and the best defensive rebounding percentage as well.

He also averaged 1.5 steals per contest and knocked down 35.9 percent of his looks from beyond the arc. In other words, he can get it done at both ends of the floor.

Based on the numbers, it doesn’t come as much of surprise that Hutchison has drawn interest from multiple teams, and one of those teams may be the Bulls.

There are two aspects that make this an interesting scenario. First of all, will Hutchison still be on the board by the time the Bulls are on the clock at No. 22?

Secondly, if the reports about the Bulls promising to take Hutchison are accurate and he is still on the board, perhaps they decide to pursue to a big man who can be a difference-maker around the rim with their No 7 pick.

Regardless of what happens, it will be interesting to see how this storyline plays out over the next nine days.
