4. Svi Mykhailiuk, SG/SF — Kansas

College Stats: 14.6 PPG , 2.7 APG, 44.4 3P%

Svi Mykhailiuk was part of a Kansas team that always went deep in the NCAA Tournament during his time there. Mykhailiuk can bring a winner’s mentality to a team and plenty of experience since he played all four years in college.

One helpful NBA skill he already has down is 3-point shooting after converting 44.4 percent of his long range attempts last year. That skill is a talent the Thunder need. With Russell Westbrook seeming like the only player that could be left from the Big 3, he will need shooters around him.

Svi’s ability to shoot the 3 is a niche that can earn him a long career in the NBA. The Thunder have a need for players that can make shots and Mykhailiuk can provide that.

The reason why he is only No. 4 is because his defense needs work. He will have to prove that he can stay in front of NBA players on the other side of the ball to be able to gain minutes in the NBA.
