1. Jamal Crawford, SG — Minnesota Timberwolves

The only guard on this list, Jamal Crawford is putting up better numbers at the age of 38 than he did when he first entered the league back in 2000.

The three-time Sixth Man of the Year averaged 10.3 points and 2.3 assists per game last season, helping get the Minnesota Timberwolves back to the playoffs for the first time in 13 years.

Crawford could help get the Lakers back to the promised land if he chooses to go back to Los Angeles.

While playing for the Clippers from 2012-17, Crawford enjoyed his most successful years in the league. He won two of his aforementioned awards and helped the Clippers reach the playoffs all five seasons.

Crawford declined his $4.5 million player option to become a free agent this offseason, so it might just be about the money for him. But he still wants to play a significant amount of minutes and contribute to a winning team, and if the offers aren’t rolling in, he could do worse than sign in L.A.

The Lakers could be that winning team if they had the help of a proven scorer capable of leading the second unit. Crawford and the Los Angeles Lakers seem like a match too good to pass up.
