The Los Angeles Lakers have one of the most exciting and promising young cores in the NBA. They also have the cap space to bring in two superstars that can help elevate them to the next level.
The youth movement is evident in Los Angeles, as Brook Lopez was the only player with more than fives years of experience to play significant minutes for the team. Maybe more important than his minutes on the floor was his veteran presence in the locker room.
As bright as the future looks for the young squad, the Lakers need to bring in experienced players to round out the roster and help mentor the up-and-comers.
