The Philadelphia 76ers have two first round picks in the 2018 NBA Draft. Here’s a look at five prospects they could find for the 26th overall pick.

With two picks in the 2018 NBA Draft, the Philadelphia 76ers have plenty of options. They’re already a young and impressive team that should move even further in the right direction when this draft is over. They have young stars in Joel Embiid and Ben Simmmons. Then you have last year’s No.1 pick, Markelle Fultz, who didn’t get much time to play because of an injury.

Mix that in with a deep bench and good surrounding pieces like Robert Covington, J.J. Redick and Dario Saric and you’re flirting with a championship. All they need now is a few stronger pieces and time to develop. They’re a young team that is on the brink of bringing something special to Philadelphia.

That was evident when they made a deep run in the playoffs. With another offseason and more experience, we should expect them to be even scarier.

One problem is the Sixers do have quite a few free agents this upcoming offseason. Nothing too major, but a lot of pieces that were valuable throughout the season will need new contracts. Reddick will be an unrestricted free agent and he should be a piece they’d want to bring back because of his ability to make shots and be an offensive weapon. Sure, he might have been a little overpaid this season, but it was only a one-year deal and the Sixers had the cap space.

Marco Belinelli, Ersan Ilyasova and Amir Johnson are set to become unrestricted free agents as well this offseason. Ilyasova and Belinelli were brought over mid-to-late season and provided valuable depth off the bench.

T.J. McConnell and Richaun Holmes have team options as well this season. McConnell is a fan favorite who will be back, but at the same time they have Fultz off the bench. They could decide to run a two-guard lineup off the bench or try moving Fultz to the starting lineup, having him and Ben Simmons bringing the ball up.

Holmes seems like a likely candidate to not come back, but his energy was always fun to watch. With all that in mind, here’s a look at five players the 76ers should consider for the 26th overall pick.
