Highlights

By nature, most of Harris’ positive contributions don’t jump off the TV screen. However, one of the best moments of Brooklyn’s season did jump off the screen, thanks to Harris:

Harris’ best night of the season was probably his 30-point effort against his former Cavaliers, when he went 6-for-7 from deep. The Nets lost, but that’s a caveat that occurred too often this season to deter individual progress.

Like his counterpart Crabbe felt against the Chicago Bulls, Harris virtually couldn’t miss on this night. It was fitting that it came against a desperate Cavs team that had to claw its way to an ugly victory.

Harris had 12 games in which he made four or more 3-pointers, and he shot above 44 percent from downtown in all of them. He also had eight games of four or more assists, despite being far down the playmaker pecking order. His presence as a steady contributor in these regards is exactly what the Nets have been looking for.
