Chicago Bulls big man Noah Vonleh could be looking at the ideal opportunity to finally thrive on his third NBA team. Here are his player grades for 2017-18.

While the Chicago Bulls‘ deal for big man Noah Vonleh hardly registered as a blip on the frantic NBA trade deadline radar, he could be looking at the ideal opportunity to finally thrive on his third NBA team.

Of course, that all depends on how Chicago’s offseason pans out, especially with Vonleh being a restricted free agent this summer.

While it’s true that the Bulls would need to either trade Bobby Portis or get crafty with guys who can play multiple positions for Vonleh to get meaningful minutes next season, the fourth-year Indiana University product has proven to be consistent with his skill-set even with limited minutes.

In his four seasons, he has only cracked 30 minutes in a game nine times and in those outings, he averaged 12.1 rebounds and 8.4 points per game. Meanwhile, he didn’t get 30 minutes at all in his first two seasons.

The good news is that he is merely 22 years old, and his versatility can play right into the Bulls’ current game plan. Despite lack of output, it’s going to be hard to be too tough on Vonleh as far as his performance in a Chicago Bull uniform is concerned. Here’s why.
