After a tough year of rebuilding that also featured a lot of promise, here are five goals for the Chicago Bulls entering the 2018 offseason.

During the dog days of summer, critical decisions are made that help move teams into the right direction or the upper echelon of the competition. When it comes to the Chicago Bulls, a lot of goals for the 2018 offseason have probably already been on an agenda since before this rebuild season even began.

However, in the end, in-season developments of players like Kris Dunn and Lauri Markkanen, as well as question marks and lack of growth from players like Zach LaVine and Cristiano Felicio should have led to some tweaks in the game plan.
