Highlights

Most of Kyle Kuzma’ highlights and memorable moments were scoring outbursts, like his season-high 38-point performance against the Houston Rockets, which included seven made 3-pointers on the evening.

There was also his standout fourth quarter against the Boston Celtics that included a cheeky back pass to Larry Nance Jr. for a dunk.

The other massive output from the rookie was a 30-point showing against the San Antonio Spurs late in the season.

Kuzma doesn’t have the biggest hops, but he had a fair amount of dunks, including a poster on Jakob Poeltl of the Toronto Raptors.

Another highlight cram happened against the Phoenix Suns when he drove and dunked around a crowd of Suns.

But my favorite plays from the season from Kyle Kuzma were the array of hook shots that he brought out of his arsenal. It’s rare to see any player bust out the old-fashioned hook shot, but Kuzma has seen the benefits of the running hook and uses it quite often when he finds himself in the paint.
