The Golden State Warriors will face the red-hot New Orleans Pelicans in the second round of the 2018 NBA Playoffs, beginning with Game 1 on Saturday. The Warriors head into this round after a comfortable 4-1 series win over the San Antonio Spurs without leader Stephen Curry.

The New Orleans Pelicans, though, were the most impressive team in the first round, as the only team to sweep its series. They were dominant in a 4-0 thrashing over the third-seeded Portland Trail Blazers. It’s which “five keys” to write about. With this in mind, let’s examine the Warriors’ five most important keys to this series against the Pelicans.
