Milwaukee Bucks: 3 takeaways from Game 6 vs. Celtics
2. Aggressive Malcolm Brogdon is good
Each and every night the Milwaukee Bucks go to the star pairing of GIannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton. Eric Bledsoe is a talent who was pretty good in the regular season, but he has been at least one step behind the play in this series.
This game was set up for someone else to take the initiative and help their stars out. The help came in the form of Malcolm Brogdon.

Brogdon had his second 16-point game for the series, his fourth in double figures. However, it was not just how many points which Brogdon scored that was important but how he scored them. It was good to see him hit his only 3-point attempt, but what was great was the aggression he used to get to the hoop.
Brogdon was driving hard, floating shots in the lane and generally asking difficult questions of the Celtics defense. A lot of these questions went unanswered, because Brogdon finished 5-of-7 from the field. He was getting to his spots and making it count for the Bucks.
However, there was another level of his game Boston could not answer. Brogdon’s ability to get a foul and get to line caused a few Celtics players to get into foul trouble. He also went 5-for-7 from the line, so it was an effective weapon.
If Brogdon can continue this aggressive play, it will go a long way in helping the Bucks secure a date with the Philadelphia 76ers in the next round of the playoffs.
