The Washington Wizards dropped Game 5, 108-98, to go down 3-2 in their first round matchup against the Toronto Raptors in the 2018 NBA Playoffs.

After winning two games in a row and evening the series at 2-2, the Washington Wizards fell to the Toronto Raptors in Game 5 of the 2018 NBA Playoffs. Now, the next two games will be do or die time for John Wall and company after a down night.

The Raptors were paced by DeMar DeRozan‘s 32 points as well as Delon Wright‘s 18 points off the bench. Wright was 6-for-10 from the floor and 2-for-2 from 3-point range in his best game all postseason. In short, he was the unsung hero for We The North.

Toronto also shot the ball 44 percent from 3-point range in Game 5. In the previous two games, the Raptors were 41.3 percent on 9.5 makes per contest. On Wednesday night, they went 11-for-25 from behind the arc.

It was a night to forget on offense for the Wizards. They were 5-for-26 (19.2 percent) from 3-point land and 41.1 percent from the floor as a team.
