Despite this being a strong rebuild season by most teams’ standards, there were several disappointing moments in the Chicago Bulls’ 2017-18 campaign.

Certain fanbases are just naturally inclined to be optimistic, often for good reason. Just the same, other fanbases can always bank on whatever hopes they have built to deflate, unveiling an ugly truth that success and failure alike are often instilled in an organization, not just the players on the court.

Luckily for Chicago Bulls fans, there are indeed a lot of reasons to be excited for the future. GarPax has keenly acquired and developed a young core of Lauri Markkanen, Kris Dunn and Zach LaVine. The upside alone is something to enjoy.
