1. Is this D-Wade’s final outing?
At his postgame press conference, coach Spoelstra was always going to be asked the inevitable on Wade’s future:
"“I don’t wanna go there, you’re going to make me emotional, if we think about that or start to talk about that right now….”I’ve loved it, each day since he’s been back I’ve just tried to enjoy it.”"
However he then elaborated on Wade’s role since he rejoined the team in February:
"“He fit right in, and that just speaks to his humility. He said it in one of our first team meetings, he was grateful for all the guys to open up their arms and welcome him back to this team….he didn’t want to step in and step on somebody else’s role. He just wanted to fit in and be one of the guys.”"

So while this may vey well have been the closure to Wade’s career, the Heat as a franchise have many other pressing matters to confront in the coming months.
