3. Victor Oladipo has to be a star

5-for-20. That’s the most significant stat you need to know.

Victor Oladipo couldn’t hit the ocean last night. While his teammates boasted a nice, evenly distributed offensive effort (seven players scored in double digits), he isn’t going to get bailed out every night like he was in Game 3 by Bojan Bogdanovic.

While Bojan’s 30-point effort in that game nicely covered up for Oladipo’s 18 points on 5-of-15 shooting from the field, that was not the case in Game 4.

The opportunity for this team to defeat the Cavaliers is ripe, but if Victor Oladipo can’t find his shot, they will be either relying on Bogdanovic, or they will be eliminated … or both.
